Many young people are wondering at what age they can have a small tattoo may have a tattoo placed. Well, the appropriate age to get a tattoo is 18 years or older.
But, this can also be done earlier.
No minimum age according to belgian law
Basically, in Belgium, there is no formal minimum age for a tattoo. According to Article 4 of the Senate (2004), tattoos in Belgium in young people under the age of 18 are possibly when they permission have from one of their parents or guardians.
Genital tattooing is completely prohibited under the age of 18.
At Inksane under conditions from 16
We strongly recommend alternating wait until you are 18 years of age or older. From that age, you have more life experience and can think more clearly. Under 18, you are still under guardianship and are basically immature.
Are you 16 and still confident? Then we can listening to your needs and decide whether or not it's a good idea. That way, we avoid you having to go through regret have of the (impulsive) decision. If we don't think it's wise, we don't put it.
If you do get an agreement from us, you can under under certain conditions get a tattoo with us. These conditions are there to protect both you and ourselves. Both parents/guardians must obtain a consent form fill out and sign. A copy of the passport must also be taken.
