Colour photorealism

Photorealism refers to represent things from real life as detailed and accurate as possible.
The subjects can be people, animals, … drawn like you’ve just taken a picture.

This style of art came as a reaction in 1850 to previous styles. When people are good at realism, it’s hard to see the difference between the drawing and the picture. Doing this on paper is already pretty hard, but applying the same principles and techniques to skin takes years of practice! It’s incredibly easy to make mistakes, which is why it’s important to pick someone that’s experienced in this style.

Inksane has many artists proficient in realism. They’ve trained and have placed these tattoos for years.
Color in realism adds an extra dimension. Different layers need to be applied to get the correct result, and the artist needs a very good understanding of colors.
